As part of a particiption within bitkom, ADEAL Systems had the privilege of collaborating with other authors on an exciting white paper: Artificial intelligence in marketing.

Together with our partner Panasonic, we were able to contribute a concrete use case. "Personalized advertising at the POS: AI-supported digital signage solution directly in the supermarket"

In essence, our article is about brick-and-mortar retailers relying on technology to improve the customer experience, bring customers back into the store and remain competitive with online retailers.

While Panasonic's solutions enable better control over prices and stock levels as well as improved security and in-store interaction, customers of retailers can now also receive intelligent product recommendations directly on site in combination with Cusaas (Customer Segmentation as a Service) from ADEAL Systems.
